Hello
Stretch marks can be described as lines on the skin surface, with an off-color hue. Such lines are mainly found in the abdominal wall, below the umbilicus, but can also occur over the thighs and breasts. While pregnancy is the predominant cause of stretch marks, other reasons include gain or loss in weight, rapid growth (especially in adolescents), heredity factors, stress and changes in physical conditions. Here are some of the home remedies for getting rid from them easily:
1. Apply lavender oil on the marks, three times a day.
2. Apply Aloe Vera gel on the marks. They would initially, lighten and finally, remove the marks from the body.
3. # Includes lots of green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, liver and dairy products in your diet.
4. Consume seeds and nuts that contain zinc. They will prove effective in removing stretch marks.
5. Aroma oil is beneficial in treating stretch marks problem. Apply some of this oil on the stretch marks and massage well.

Here I'm sharing With You Some Of The Best Tips to Remove Stretch Marks:
i)One way to get rid of stretch marks (and also an effective way of suppressing their development to begin with) is to follow the right diet and also to have an effective exercise routine. You will want to stay away from foods that are rich in fatty acids that seem to collect in various parts of your body like in your thighs or buttocks. What you want to eat are foods like fish and vegetables.Citrus Fruits are also advisable It make skin glowing.
ii)Another way to remove stretch marks is to use special creams and lotions that have been made exactly for that purpose. You can find these products from various companies. This is a great way to get rid of stretch marks especially if you do not want to go through a surgical procedure that will set you back hundreds of dollars.
iii)Laser treatment is quickly becoming the most popular way to getting rid of stretch marks. Laser treatment sessions are not cheap but they are a lot cheaper than they use to be when first introduced.
iv)There is also another way to get rid of stretch marks and that is through a surgical procedure known as dermabrasion. This involves skin being frozen for a time and then a special instrument is then used to smoothen the skin. It is quite complicated and may not be the best way to remove stretch marks especially since it is easier to go through laser treatment.

Would you please tell me more in detail about dermabrasion procedure for the skin treatment. As I wanna know more about the stretch marks, so that I need to extract from
my body areas.

Thanks,

Hello Friends....

There are skin care surgical methods, like chemical peels and dermabrasion, which may be used to tackle unwanted stretch marks, and recently there have been many new advances in laser surgery. The amount of success of any stretch mark removal treatment will be influenced by your skin tone, age, and even diet

Thanks

It is possible to get rid of stretch marks, but, in some cases, it could take more effort or expense than you're willing to invest. Popular methods used to fade and remove stretch marks include:

•Tretinoin cream - also called Retin-A. Studies have shown that this may help reduce stretch marks. Do not use this if you are breastfeeding, as there have been no studies conducted to determine whether it's excreted in breast milk and what affect it can have on your baby.
•Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) ' These plant derived extracts (sometimes called fruit acids) increase cell regeneration by removing the top layer of skin cells, allowing new, healthier cells to come to the surface, improving skin color and texture and allowing for better absorption of moisture. AHAs also purport to increase skin flexibility, which helps stretch marks to disappear.
•Endermologie ' This employs a special machine developed in France. Using rollers and gentle suction, the endermologie machine deeply massages the stretch marked areas, increasing circulation. This also expels built up water and toxins in the connective tissue as they are stretched. This requires a series of treatments, each lasting about half an hour and done by a trained technician.
•Laser Surgery ' This treatment won't remove the stretch marks, just make them fade. Laser surgery is most effective in the early stages of the stretch marks development, when the color is darkest, because the laser will only respond to dark colors. Laser removal will require a series of treatments for visible results.
•Micro-Dermabrasion ' Like AHAs, this method removes the outer layer of the skin, but micro-dermabrasion uses jets of zinc, aluminum oxide crystals, or a rough surface, to remove the dead skin. A small vacuum attached to a wand is usually used to suction off the dead skin. This process is painless and does not require anesthetic.

At-Home Options
Many skin care experts say that keeping the skin soft and supple, not to mention well hydrated, can help ward off stretch marks, so be sure to drink lots of water (which is good for your skin in general). If you already have stretch marks and would like a way to cover them up, then you can use regular body makeup or you can buy specially formulated creams that work to remove stretch marks but are also tinted to help make them less visible.

Some women have also reported that using a self-tanner helps to camouflage their stretch marks. If you're going this route, remember that it is specifically tanners that you apply yourself that work. Since stretch marks don't really tan, sitting out in the sun or lying in a tanning bed for a while may make your stretch marks more noticeable as they remain light but your skin gets darker. Besides, tanning in the sun and on a tanning bed exposes you to UVA and UVB rays, which work to damage your skin, increase your risk of skin cancer, and can cause premature aging. So reach for that bottled tan instead.

Stretch marks  are actually linear scars, which affect a thin layer of the skin and are the consequence of a rapid stretching of the skin. This is associated with, and occurs during pregnancy, so pregnant women, watch out. It is also associated with obesity, i.e. because of weight gain over time, puberty growth spurts or any other fast weight gain that can happen with men weightlifters and body builders.

When stretch marks first appear they are purple or reddish lines. However they fade with age and eventually turn silver in color. The areas of the skin affected look empty and are soft to touch.

Stretch marks or striae (singular stria), as they are called in dermatology, are a form of scarring on the skin with an off-color hue. They are caused by tearing of the dermis, and over time can diminish but not disappear completely.

Stretch marks are often the result of the rapid stretching of the skin associated with rapid growth (common in puberty) or weight gain (e.g. pregnancy or muscle building) or in some cases, severe pulling force on skin that overcomes the dermis' elasticity. Stretch marks may also be influenced by hormonal changes associated with puberty, pregnancy, muscle building, hormone replacement therapy for transsexuals, etc.[1] Medical terminology for these kinds of markings includes striae atrophicae, vergetures, stria distensae, striae cutis distensae, striae gravidarum (in cases where it is caused by pregnancy), lineae atrophicae, striae distensae, linea albicante, or simply striae.
